Terms of Service & Conditions of Sale

Effective Date: July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before deploying our hardware or initializing your monitoring configurations.

1. Agreement and Product Scope

By completing a hardware purchase via our Stripe gateway or initializing a Motion Unseen device, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Motion Unseen. This equipment is engineered and marketed as a remote commercial asset monitor and rapid-deployment surveillance auxiliary tool.

2. Explicit Limitation of Liability

MOTION UNSEEN IS A WIRELESS MONITORING AID. IT IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY, NOR IS IT A GUARANTEED THEFT-PREVENTION SYSTEM.

Under no circumstances shall Motion Unseen be held financially liable for any direct asset loss, property damage, vandalism, theft, or business interruption expenses incurred on your site. Cellular coverage, network availability, and signal continuity depend entirely on third-party mobile infrastructure provider networks. We accept no responsibility for dropped frames or upload timeouts caused by weak localized network signals.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Service Framework

Our Ultimate Cloud Portal operates on an explicit Contract-Free, Pay-As-You-Go architecture. The initial 7-day trial requires no billing profiles. Following the trial, cloud logging features and YOLO AI filters suspend automatically unless a manual 30-day top-up payment is processed. All individual PAYG data and platform server renewals are non-refundable upon transmission.

4. Software Usage & Acceptable Deployment

You retain complete data ownership of clips pulled over the Local Web UI Server. However, your device's internal local server firmware, underlying algorithms, and server-side deep learning software are protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree not to manipulate, extract, or reverse-engineer the integrated device code or script layouts.

5. Governing Law

These terms, your hardware acquisition parameters, and all platform network operations are governed completely under the laws of England and Wales. Any operational disputes or legal claims fall strictly under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
